KG is a family run business founded 120 years ago which operates 30 baking lines and includes extensive warehousing capacities at both the Bocholt and Droßdorf sites. With over 500 employees working daily in accordance with the best artisan traditions, bringing the finest quality to our products which are highly sought after by both retailers and consumers alike.

Millions of rolls leave the Sinnack plants in Bocholt and Gutenborn-Droßdorf every day. Sinnack Backspezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG is one of the biggest producers of part baked goods in Europe. Our products have long been best-sellers both as private label products of the large retail chains and under the Sinnack brand itself.

The Sinnack product range has been consciously designed to be clear and transparent. Attractive pricing, excellent customer service and Europe-wide logistics management for fast deliveries ensure the success of our ambient, refrigerated and frozen baked specialties.

The product range covers part baked baguettes, rolls, garlic and herb baguettes, toasting muffins and tortilla wraps.

Selected and top-quality ingredients coupled with strict international quality standards guarantee the characteristic properties of our bakery products, namely: freshness, quality and taste.


More than production facilities: State-of-the-art bakery operations


The head office of Sinnack Backspezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG has been based in Bocholt for over 115 years. It was completely rebuilt in 1995 and has been expanded continuously since.


The solid expansion of the company led, in 1994, to the commissioning of the newly constructed Sinnack production site in Droßdorf, Gutenborn (Saxony-Anhalt).
