AcrylamideAcrylamide is frequently discussed in the media. It is for this reason that we are working together with an external, independent laboratory and can assure you that there is no acrylamide in any of our baked products.
AllergiesBecause we either use wheat flour or rye flour in our baked goods, our baked goods contain gluten.
Lactose, resp., other lacteal components can be found in the baguettes filled with herb butter or garlic butter. All of our other products are free of lactose.

Gene Technology / Genetically Altered Organisms (GVO)The ingredients we use are subject to strict quality criteria. For this reason, we only use ingredients that are free of genetically altered organisms and/or are not produced from such ingredients.
