We do not use any preservatives with our baked goods. Our baked goods are packed with a protective atmosphere (the »normal« air is replaced by carbon dioxide and nitrogen).

Our pancakes and cool baguettes filled with herb butter, garlic butter, zesty butter, and Mediterranean butter all contain animal ingredients. All other articles are purely from vegetable ingredients. Even the emulsifier used for baking is made from vegetable oils.

Lactose, resp., other lacteal components can be found in our pancakes and the filled cool baguettes filled with herb butter, garlic butter, zesty butter, and Mediterranean butter. MHD is the German abbreviation for the sell-by date or the expiration date. The sell-by date is the date until which the goods are guaranteed to retain their expected characteristics if stored properly. This is not an expiration date in the sense that the goods can be consumed after this date has expired.
